Workout Song #2 - The Birth and Death of the Day

I first heard this song in 2008. After KU won the Final Four, someone put together this video:



I was immediately hooked and had to find out who it was. Luckily someone commented on the video that it was Explosions in the Sky. While I've never seen an offical video for this song, someone posted a cool interpretation on YouTube:


I love hearing this while I'm working out in the mornings when the moon is going down and the sun is starting to light up the eastern sky for a new day.
